FIRST CLASS? Enjoy your first casual class for half price per child! Conditions apply.
By engaging in our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
General Responsibilities and Safety
Parent/Carer Responsibility: Parents and carers are fully responsible for the safety and supervision of their child/children during any Teeny Trailblazers class or event. Under no circumstances should you leave your child unattended.
Event Entry: To ensure that capacity limits are adhered to, each booking is valid for entry of ONE child and ONE parent/carer. An additional ticket may be purchased at the door for any additional adults wishing to attend.
Materials and Supervision: All materials used in activities are prepared with the expectation that they will be handled under continuous parent/carer supervision. Please be aware that small items may be present, so it is important to closely supervise your child.
Non-Toxic Materials: While we make every effort to use child-safe, non-toxic materials, there may be occasions where this is not possible, such as with glue and paint used in art activities. Please note that all materials provided are never intended for consumption. Supervision is required at all times, and parents or carers are fully responsible for ensuring their child’s safety during all activities.
Slippery Surfaces: Some play activities may involve liquid-based materials, which could cause floors to become slippery. Please exercise caution and WALK carefully in the activity area. Please promptly advise staff of spillages.
Supervision During Water Play: In activities involving water, parents/carers must maintain close supervision of their child to prevent any risk of slipping or accidental ingestion. Children should not be left unattended at any time.
Climbing and Balancing Equipment Safety: When using climbing structures or balancing equipment, parents/carers must supervise their child closely to ensure they are using the equipment safely. It is your responsibility to ensure your child’s safety at all times. Please do not allow children to use the equipment in ways that could cause harm to themselves or others.
Swing Safety: Children must be supervised at all times while using swings. Please ensure your child is seated properly and never leave them unattended. Swinging too high or pushing too hard may result in accidents, so gentle play is encouraged.
Physical Play and Movement: While engaging in physical activities, parents/carers must monitor their child’s movements and ensure they are playing within their ability level to prevent injury. Always encourage safe and gentle play.
Sickness and Allergies
Illness and Symptom Management: Please ensure that your child is in good health before bringing them to a class. If you or your child exhibit symptoms of a contagious illness, we ask that you do not attend the class. We reserve the right to ask you to leave the session if your symptoms may pose a risk to others.
Hygiene-Related Incidents: If any accidents or hygiene concerns occur during the session, please notify a staff member immediately so we can ensure proper sanitation and replace materials as needed.
Allergens: Our activities do not contain nuts, egg, dairy, or soy; however, some materials may contain trace amounts of these allergens. It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies at the time of booking to ensure we can take appropriate precautions for your child’s safety.
Food and Snacks: Any food brought on-site must be nut-free and allergy aware. Eating is permitted only in the designated snack area, and all children are required to wash their hands before and after eating.
Emergency Management
Medical Emergency Policy:
In the case of a medical emergency, Teeny Trailblazers staff may administer basic first aid if necessary. If further medical attention is required, we will call emergency services and contact the next of kin immediately. Parents/carers are responsible for any medical costs incurred.
Liability Waiver: By participating in Teeny Trailblazers activities, parents/carers acknowledge that they understand the inherent risks involved in physical play, sensory activities, and creative exploration. Teeny Trailblazers and its staff will not be held liable for any injuries, allergic reactions, illnesses, or accidents that may occur during participation in our programs, except where required by law.
Booking, Payment, and Cancellation Policy
By booking a class, you agree to this policy.
Payments: To confirm your spot in a class, full payment is required at the time of booking. The booking price includes any applicable fees and charges. Payments can be made via the bookings section of our website or at the door with cash or card. All transactions are processed securely.
Non Attendance: Teeny Trailblazers is not responsible for missed classes for any reason, including illness. If you are unable to attend, no refunds will be issued. However, if you notify us at least 24 hours before the class via email, we will provide a class credit for future use. In cases of medical emergencies, we may offer a credit at our discretion if medical documentation is provided.
Ticket Transfers: Bookings are non-refundable due to material costs, session preparation, and venue hire. However, you may transfer your ticket to another person by emailing us with the updated participant details. Please notify us at least two hours before the class begins to ensure a smooth transfer.
Class Changes: If you need to change your booking, please contact us ahead of time, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Event Cancellations: Teeny Trailblazers reserves the right to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of extreme weather or unexpected venue closures, we will offer a rescheduled session, class credit, or refund at our discretion. Teeny Trailblazers is not liable for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, pandemics, or venue disruptions.
Check-In Procedure: Please check in with a staff member upon arrival and show your booking confirmation to gain entry to your class.
Sibling Discount Policy:
The Sibling Discount applies only when multiple siblings are enrolled in the same class.
A single sibling ticket may be purchased to cover up to three children at a reduced rate.
This discount is only valid for immediate family members (siblings).
The discount is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
If siblings are enrolled in different classes, the sibling discount does not apply and each booking must be made separately.
Please choose your class carefully: Refunds or credits will not be issued retroactively if you select the incorrect class or fail to choose the discounted trial class at checkout.
Trial Classes: Half-price trial classes are limited to one session per child. Ensure you select the correct trial option when booking.
Venue Guidelines
Alcohol and Smoking: Alcohol, illicit drugs and smoking are strictly prohibited on the premises, including all surrounding areas such as car parks. This policy is in place to ensure a safe and family-friendly environment for all attendees.
Personal Belongings: Teeny Trailblazers is not responsible for any personal belongings left unattended on-site. We recommend that you keep your belongings secure at all times. Any lost or stolen items should be reported to a staff member immediately.
Dress Code: Due to the nature of sensory and art activities, we recommend wearing clothing that you and your child don’t mind getting messy. Teeny Trailblazers is not responsible for any stained or damaged personal items.
Respectful Behaviour: All guests are expected to behave respectfully and courteously towards others during their visit. Any form of misconduct, including but not limited to property damage, harassment, or disruptive behaviour, may result in immediate removal from the premises without a refund. In the case of serious misconduct, we reserve the right to contact police and take further action as necessary. We also reserve the right to deny entry to any individuals displaying inappropriate conduct.
